As Oy Yläkelo is a housing company built in 1968, located in Espoo, in the seaside and peaceful Soukka, at Yläkartanonkuja 3 and 7. It has a total of 82 apartments in four different residential buildings. One apartment is owned by the housing company.
Yläkelo has a total net floor area of 5976 m2. The housing company owns the property where it is located, a total of 9194 m2 of land.
The company has the following common facilities for residents:
- saunas
- laundry drying rooms
- drying rack (outside in the yard)
- bike storage
- basement lockers / civil defense shelter
- cold storage lockers
- barbecue area
The housing company owns one apartment and several commercial premises, which can be rented.
