The board decided to open the website to improve internal communication in the housing company. In the years to come the housing company will be facing large reparations and for that reason it is also important to have more efficient way of communicating and sharing information. We want to keep the residents up to date on what’s going on and at the same time work towards a more open and transparent decision making.
We will continue to share information on the notice boards in the entrance of each building (in Finnish) and all the important issues will always also be communicated on those boards. However, we will gather a lot of extra information such as instructions and documents on the website so that it is conveniently accessible and easy to find on one place. On the website information is also provided in English.
