Maintenance Company
The maintenance company of the housing company is Braleva kiinteistöpalvelut Oy.
The maintenance company is in charge of taking care of the buildings and the yard as well as making small repairs and doing maintenance work. If urgent repair work is needed in your apartment, contact the maintenance company.

Property Management
The property management company Kirkkonummen huolto is responsible for the real estate management of the housing company. You can contact them about sauna shifts, parking lots, requests for a permission to do renovation, housing master’s certificates (isännöitsijäntodistus) and notifications of change of address.
